Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
For personalised products, such as our custom dog name patch harness, please make sure the name is entered correctly before placing your order. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, busy periods, customs checks, or incorrect delivery details.
Shipping Cost
We currently offer:
Free Tracked Shipping on all orders.
You may also see an optional paid shipping upgrade at checkout, such as priority processing or shipping protection, depending on availability.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS if available.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to change it once the order has been processed. Avearo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
